A: For LED night lights, they are wide voltage and can be used in any country. However, for bulb night lights, they can only be used with either 110V or 220V (not both).

Q: Does the night light stay plugged in all the time? How long will it last?
A: Yes, you can leave it plugged in. For intelligent lamp, it will turn off when the room or area is not dark enough – it only lasts as long as the room is dark. For a normal lamp, you can open the switch to make it light up.

Q: What is your MOQ?
A: The MOQ depends on the product and detailed demands. Normal MOQ is 2,000 pcs.

Q: Can I have a sample order for night light?
A: Yes, we accept sample orders to test quality and confirm.

A: Lead time for samples is around 2-3 days. For mass production, it is around 15-20 days, depending on order quantity.

4. The new mould will be made based on the approved 3D drawing.

5. New samples will be offered as soon as the mould is ready.

7. You can arrange someone or a third-party inspection company to inspect before shipment.

A: The MOQ for customized packaging depends on detailed demands. Normal MOQ is 10,000 pcs.

Q: Do you have any stock for retail?
A: It depends on different products. For example, night light sockets sometimes have stock in advance because there are no special requirements. For night lights, we only start mass production based on customer’s special requirements – there is no stock.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Usually goods are shipped by sea transportation. Samples or small parcels are shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT, and usually take 4-5 days to arrive.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee for products?
A: Yes, our products have a 1-year warranty.

Q: How do you deal with faulty products?

A: Firstly, our products are produced under a strict quality control system, and the defective rate is less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period:

• For small quantities, we will send new lights with the next order.

• For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend to you, or we can discuss a solution including recall according to the real situation.
